The National Weather Service in Omaha has expanded a Red Flag Warning issued for Harrison and Monona Counties, to include Pottawattamie and Mills Counties. The Warning is in effect from Noon today until 9- p.m., and is for extreme fire danger due to high wind and very low relative humidity.
