* AT 604 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR EMERSON…OR 36 MILES EAST OF OMAHA…AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…ELLIOTT AND GRANT.

* AT 555 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO 1 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR. MORE RAIN IS ON THE WAY WHICH MAY LEAD TO STREET FLOODING.

* AT 531 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN THAT WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING. OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST THREE HOURS…MORE RAIN IS ON THE WAY.
