SHIRLEY SEVIER, 74, of Macksburg, died Friday, August 21st, at her residence. Funeral services for SHIRLEY SEVIER will be held 1-p.m. Tuesday, August 25th, at the Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield.

Burial will be in the Hill of Zion Cemetery, in rural Orient.

Her sons – Jerry Sevier and wife Teri Jo of Orient, and Ronald Sevier of Greenfield.

Her daughter-  Brenda Edwards and husband Todd of Greenfield.

9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

JOHN VAN VLEET, 67, of Orient, died Sun. Aug. 23rd, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. A Tribute Service for JOHN VAN VLEET will be held Friday, August 28th at 4:00pm at the Orient United Methodist Church. Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield has the arrangements.

Burial will be held at a later date in the Greenfield Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Orient United Methodist Church on Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the family greeting friends from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Orient United Methodist Church.

JUDY BENTLEY, 70, of Oakland, died Sat., Aug. 22nd. A celebration of life memorial visitation for JUDY BENTLEY will be held Saturday, September 12th from 11:00am-12:30pm at the Oakland United Methodist Church. Rieken-Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland has the arrangements.

Lunch with the family will follow immediately after the visitation.
