The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office reports a Cerro Gordo County man has entered a plea of guilty to a charge of Theft in the 1st degree, in connection with a break-in and theft at McAlister’s and Son’s, in Bayard. Todd Hambly, of Swaledale, was arrested and charged following a lengthy investigation that began on May 21st 2013,  when the Guthrie County Sheriffs Office was contacted by the Cerro Gordo County Sheriffs Office after a break in at McAlister & Sons at 1924 Hwy 141, Bayard.
