Montgomery County Arrest

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop Thursday afternoon at the intersection of North 3rd Street and East Oak Street in Red Oak. The vehicle stopped had fraudulent license plates attatched to it. Upon their investigation deputies determined the vehicles driver 41 year old Rondy Ruby Porter of Red Oak was driving while suspended and subsequently arrested. Porter was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she is being held on 3-hundred dollar cash bond. Porter was also cited for operation without registration; improper registration and no insurance.

DORIS (DORLEE) M. SIEMSEN, 90, of Audubon (& formerly of Ross)  died Sept. 20th, at the Friendship Home in Audubon. Funeral Services for DORLEE SIEMSEN will be held 10:30-a.m. Mon., Sept. 29th, at the Ross Calvary United Methodist Church (in Ross). Kessler Funeral Home of Audubon has the arrangements.

Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Audubon

Doris (Dorlee) Siemsen is survived by

Her Children: Nancy Poore of Ross; David (Diane) Siemsen of Oakdale California; Dorene (Terry) Baier of Audubon.

Her Brother-in-law: Bryan Betts of Audubon
Her Sister-in-law: Grace Betts of Omaha

8 grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends

THURLOW HARRISON FORESMAN, 76, of Coon Rapids (& formerly of Bayard) died Thu., Sept. 25th, at Thomas Rest Haven in Coon Rapids. Funeral Services for THURLOW FORESMAN will be held 10-a.m. Tue., Sept. 30th,  at the Guthrie Center Church of Christ. Johnson Family Funeral Home in Stuart has the arrangements.

Visitation will be Monday (9/29), from 6 until 8-pm.

Burial will be in the Monteith Cemetery with military honors.

MARIE KINNEY, 94, of Casey, died Tue., Sept. 23rd, at the Greenfield Rehabilitation and Health Center in Greenfield. Celebration of Life Services for MARIE KINNEY will be held 10:30-a.m. Monday, Sept. 29th, at the Canby Friends Church rural Fontanelle. Steen Funeral Home of Fontanelle has the arrangements.

Memorials may be designated to the Canby Friends Church.

MARIE KINNEY is survived by:

Her Sons—Eugene (Teresa) Kinney of Dallas Texas; Marlin (Sherry) Kinney of Casey;
Ronald (Deloris) of Casey
