HERBERT CLAIR STANDING, 86, of Earlham died May 2nd at Mercy Hospice in Johnston.  The Family will hold a gathering for HERBERT STANDING on Saturday, May 19th at 10:00 am at the Bear Creek Conservative Friends Meeting House in rural Earlham (18058 Bear Creek Road, 1 mile N. of I-80 exit 104).  Johnson Family Funeral Home in Earlham has the arrangements.

PAUL E. LUNDBERG, 81, of Panora, died Sat., May 12^th, at Mercy Hospice, in Johnston. Funeral services for PAUL LUNDBERG will be held 11-a.m. Fri., May 18^th, at the Twigg Funeral Home in Panora. 

Visitation at the funeral home is from 4-8pm Thu., May 17^th, with the family present from 6-8pm. 

Burial will be in the Lost Grove Cemetery at Harcourt, IA.

WALTER BERNARD STAIERT, JR, 60, of Elk Horn died Saturday, May 12th, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE.  Mass of Christian Burial for Walter Bernard Staiert, Jr. will be held on Thursday, May 17th at 11:00 am in the St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan.  Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.
