Glenwood had 7 individual event wins on their way to the crown.  Kaycee Clark won the 100m and 200m; Molly Dean won the 400m, 100m Hurdles, and 400m Hurdles; Linnea Konfrst won the Discus and Shot Put for the Rams.

Atlantic’s Tiffany Williams won the 3000m Run.

Harlan won the 4x200m Relay.

Lewis Central picked up wins from Sal Fidone in the 100m and 200m, Kennneth McMahan in the 800m, 4x100m Relay, 4x200m Relay, and 4x400m Relay to rack up enough points for the conference title.

Atlantic had wins from Gratt Reed in the 110m Hurdles, Jaxson Eden in the 1600m, Ryan Hawkins in the 3200m, Brendan Holmes in the 400m Hurdles, and the 4x800m Relay.

Harlan had Marcus Klein win the 400m and Jon Bieker won the Discus and Shot Put.

Southwest Valley’s Tony Klocke won the 110m Hurdles and the Wolves won the 4x200m Relay and Shuttle Hurdles.

Mt. Ayr picked up wins from Sara Winemiller in the Shot Put, Breanne Haley in the 400m.  The Raiderettes also won the Sprint Medley, Distance Medley, and Shuttle Hurdles.

Nodaway Valley’s Sydney McElfish won the Discus, Destiny Scar won the 800m,  Kenna Lundy in the 200m Dash, and the Wolverines won the 4x800m Relay and 4x400m Relay.

Southwest Valley’s Elizabeth Herzberg won the 400m Hurdles.
