The Page County Sheriff’s Office reports Deputies received a call at around 11:25-p.m. about a vehicle in the ditch on A avenue south of Highway 2. An investigation determined the driver, 22-year-old Joshua Lee Lehman, of Shenandoah, was operating a 2007 Chrysler Sebring.
Lehman told authorities when he looked at his cell phone while driving, he drove into the ditch. Lehman said that he was not injured nor was his vehicle damaged. He was issued a citation for Failure to maintain control, and arrested for OWI/1st Offense.
Lehman was transported to the Page County Sheriff’s Office and held on a $1,000 bond, pending further court appearances.
