Sarah Fixmer 95 (14th)
Baylee Newell 100 (20th)

Brooke Newell, Erin Olsen, and Alyssa Ginther are all named 1st Team All-Conference with their top 5 finishes.

Notes from Head Coach Kathy Hobson: “Winning the conference tournament was a definite team effort – all 6 of our girls shot 100 strokes or less.

What a wonderful day for Brooke Newell. She had the mojo today – great putting. 2 under par is the lowest 18 hole score (net) that we’ve had in the past 10 seasons;  I can’t verify it, but it likely is the best that has been shot in girls golf at Atlantic High School.
I’m sure in Erin Olsen’s mind she would have liked to have shot better than 83 but that was still vital in our team success and gave her the 2nd best score of the day.
Good to see Alyssa Ginther back playing like we know she can.  She had a chip in and overall just had a solid day.
McKenna DenBeste and Sarah Fixmer were just out of the medals.  Both tied for 12th place but due to handicapping they were dropped to 13th and 14th.  12th place would have earned them 2nd team all-conference honors.
Baylee Newell struggled a bit on the front 9 but came back with a more consistent back 9. Way to go girls!!!”
