HEDWIG “Hattie” OWENS, 95, of Atlantic, died Sat., May 21st, at the Heritage House, in Atlantic. Funeral services for “HATTIE” OWENS will be held 10:30-a.m. Wed., May 25th, at the Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, in Atlantic. Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home in Atlantic has the arrangements.

Visitation with the family will be from 5-until 7-p.m. Tue., May 24th, at the funeral home, where a Prayer service begins at 5-p.m., Tuesday.

Memorials may be directed to the Heritage House Good Samaritan Fund.

Burial will be in the Ft. Lincoln Cemetery at Brentwood, MD.

Her daughters: Sue (Emile) Roux, of Manchester, CT., & Liz (Richard) Winston, of Louisa, VA.

Her sister: Lucy Campbell, of Umatilla, FL.

6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

GENE FUNKE, 65, of Greenfield, died Sunday, May 22nd, at home. Funeral services for GENE FUNKE will be held Thursday, May 26th at 10:00am at the Greenfield United Methodist Church. Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield has the arrangements.

Visitation will be held at the Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield on Wednesday, May 25th from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the family greeting friends on from

Burial with Full military graveside rites will be conducted by the Greenfield American Legion Head-Endres Post No. 265 and V.F.W. Post No. 5357, will be in the Greenfield Cemetery with a luncheon will be held at the church following the burial at the cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the Gene Funke Memorial Fund to be established by the family.
