DARLENE LEITA ARMSTRONG, 92, of Manson, formerly of Atlantic died Monday, October 3rd at the Good Samaritan Society in Manson.  Funeral Services for DARLENE LEITA ARMSTRONG will be held Monday, October 10th at 1:00pm in the Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home in Atlantic.

Visitaiton with family will be held after the service and refreshments will be served in the Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home Community Room.

Burial will be in the Grange Cemetery in Honey Creek.

MARILYNE KAY STEINBECK, 75, of Griswold, died Monday, Oct. 3rd, at the Heritage House, in Atlantic. Funeral services for MARILYNE STEINBECK will be held 2:30-p.m. Friday, Oct. 7th, at St. John’s United Church of Christ, south of Lyman. Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold has the arrangements.

An open visitation will be held at the Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold on Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Open visitation will continue at St. John’s United Church of Christ at 2:00 P.M. The family will greet friends on Thursday evening from 5:30 -7:30 P.M. at St. John’s United Church of Christ.

Interment will be held in St. John’s Cemetery.

Her brothers – Curtis and wife Ruby Towne, Jerry and wife Pam Towne, Orlo and wife Cheryl Towne, and Kenny and wife Lorraine Towne.

4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, her brother-in-law and sisters-in-law: Don and wife Sharol Steinbeck, and JoAnn Towne; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

CHARLES “CHARLIE” ALLEN VAN AERNAM, 74, of Wiota, died Sunday, Oct. 2nd, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services for “CHARLIE” VAN ARENAM will be held 10:30-a.m. Friday, Oct. 7th, at the United Methodist Church in Anita. Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home has the arrangements.

Friends may call the United Methodist Church in Anita, on Thursday, from 5-until 7-p.m.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Anita.
