9.  Sara Sweeney, Carroll – 90
10.  Ciara Burnison, Shenandoah – 90
11.  Ashton Carter, Creston – 91
12.  McKenna Ludwig, Kuemper – 92

Atlantic Head Coach Kathy Hobson: “This was a great team victory for us as we head into our tournament season leading up to regionals.  McKenna played the front lights out, shooting a 40; she finished with an 89 – very proud of her.  Brooke sank a 25′ putt on #17 for birdie.  She played even on the back 9.  Alyssa and Baylee were steady all day.

As we move forward, our short game still needs improvement.  We need to continue to improve on our chipping and approach shots to the green.  We don’t give ourselves good opportunities on our first putts to make them.

Big outing in Sioux City Wednesday – should be very competitive.  Also good for us to go back to back days with 18 hole tournaments.”

Atlantic Head Coach Ed DenBeste: “Great rounds today on our home course.  That is the lowest score I have seen here.  Great to see Jake shoot an even par and win be a medalist his senior year.  Also Matt had a great score today.  Two over is excellent.  Good to see Ben shoot his 74.  Didn’t make that many putts but a good score. Cyle also great to see him shoot 75.  Zac had a better score today than last week.  Good to see him come back and Nate played his normal score.  Great to see this team continue on their great year.  Hopefully we can continue this into the weekend and Hawkeye 10.”
