The order came down March 22nd, against Deanne J. Rogge, who works at Broadway Chiropractic, in Council Bluffs. Rogge was ordered by the Board to surrender her original license because it received a “Certificate of Non-Compliance” from the Iowa Department of Revenue’s Centralized Collection Unit (CCU).
