Jim Field visits with Regional Rural Water Association General Manager Nicholas Gaul about water restrictions necessary for those living in Shelby, Harrison and Audubon counties, and those living north or east of the city of Neola in Pottawattamie county. Also affected are residents and businesses in Portsmouth, Earling, Panama, Elk Horn, Avoca, Brayton, Minden and Exira. They have moved to Action Level Yellow of the water conservation plan.
