Jalyn Gramstad threw three touchdown passes and ran for another to lead Northwestern College over Keiser University 35-25 for the NAIA National Championship on Saturday in Durham, NC.

Gramstad went 14 of 19 passing for 247 yards and rushed for 128 yards to lead the Red Raiders. Cade Moser scored on a pair of big plays, one long reception and a long run on a reverse. Moser finished with 158 yards of combined offense. Noah Van’t Hof grabbed two interceptions on the defensive side.

It was a tight game through much of the contest but the Red Raiders sealed it with a 19-yard touchdown run from Gramstad that capped off an over five minute drive to leave under two minutes left. Keiser had gotten within 28-25 with just over seven minutes left on a 1-yard run by Bryce Veasley.
