Police say 26-year-old Richard Anderson III, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, was driving the semitrailer when it rolled onto its side on a ramp entering Interstate 80 and caught fire. Several passers-by attempted to get the driver out of the cab, but couldn’t. Police says diesel fuel spilled and the fire spread quickly, engulfing the truck.
