DOROTHY JEAN LOUDENSLAGER, 67, of Holbrook, NE (a native of Irwin), died Sat., Nov. 10th, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE. Funeral services for DOROTHY LOUDENSLAGER will be held 1-p.m. Wed., Nov. 14th, at the 1st United Methodist Church in Arapahoe, NE. Wenburg Funeral Home in Arapahoe is in charge of the arrangements.
There is no viewing or visitation. Condolences or personal reflections may be left at www.wenburgfuneralhome.com.
Burial will be in the Arapahoe Cemetery.

Her brother – Marvin (Laurel) Nielsen, of Audubon.

RICHARD WILWERDING, 77, of Harlan, died Sun., Nov. 11th, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. A Mass of Christian Burial service for RICHARD WILWERDING will be held 11-a.m. Wed., Nov. 14th, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.
Visitation at the funeral home will be held from 3-to 9pm Tue., Nov. 13th, with the family greeting friends from 6-8pm. A Wake service will be held at the funeral home on Tue., Nov. 12th, beginning at 7-p.m.

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) – Services have been scheduled for a western Iowa soldier who was killed in Afghanistan. The Pentagon says 19-year-old Pfc. Brandon Buttry, of Shenandoah, died Nov. 5 while serving in Kandahar Province. The Hackett-Livingston Funeral Home says a visitation is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and end at 8 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Shenandoah. The funeral is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Buttry was stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord south-southwest of Tacoma, Wash. He was deployed to Afghanistan in August.
