JOYCE CHRISTENSEN, 83, of Brayton, died Thursday, October 10, 2024, at her residence. Funeral services for JOYCE CHRISTENSEN will be held 2-p.m. Monday, October 14, 2024, at the Brayton Lutheran Church in Brayton. Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Exira has the arrangements.

A public visitation with the family will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, October 13, 2024, from 5 until 7 p.m.

Interment will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, west of Brayton.

Following the interment, a luncheon will be held in the Fellowship Hall of the Brayton Lutheran Church.

Her children – Douglas Christensen, of Exira, and Becky (Brian) Cox, of Kearney, Nebraska.

Her brother – Andrew (Sue) Christensen.

7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; her sister-in-Law, other relatives and friends.
