(Red Oak, Iowa) – Police in Red Oak, late Thursday afternoon, arrested a man on an OWI charge. 30-year-old Dixon Michael Nelson, of Red Oak, was arrested in the 1200 block of E. Cherry Street, for OWI/1st offense (a Serious Misdemeanor). Nelson was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
