Missouri Valley Conference commissioner Jeff Jackson says the league is prepared to move forwards with 11 schools. Missouri State announced in May it is moving to Conference USA following the upcoming school year as it moves its football program to FBS.

Jackson says the Valley has not shut the door on future expansion.
