2 arrested on warrants in Creston

(Creston, Iowa) – Two Creston men were arrested recently on separate warrants. Friday morning, Creston Police arrested 22-year-old Daniel Lee McDowell on a Union County Warrant for Violation of Probation, and Burglary in the 3rd Degree. McDowell was being held without bond in the Union County Jail until seen by a judge.

And, 31-year-old Rogelio Olivera-Martinez was arrested Saturday for Violation of a court order, and two Union County Warrants charging him with Public Intox and Interference with official acts, along with Burglary in the 1st Degree, Domestic abuse assault/1st offense, and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. Martinez was being held without bond until seen by a judge.

Saturday afternoon, Creston Police arrested 30-year-old Tania Patricia Hernandez, of Creston, for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. She posted a $600 bond before being released from custody.
