JIM GRANT, 82, of Adair, died Monday, February 19, 2024 at his residence. Funeral services for JIM GRANT will be held 10:30-a.m. Friday, February 23rd (2024), at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Casey. Schmidt Family Funeral Home of Adair has the arrangements.

Open visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Adair, IA.

Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Casey. A luncheon will be held following the committal service at the Adair Community Building.

Memorials may be directed to the Grant Family; they will be designated to many of Jim’s favorite local organizations and charities. They may be mailed to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home P.O. Box 523, Atlantic, IA 50022.

His wife – Karen Grant.

His sons – Jeff Grant (& girl-friend Lisa Wahlert), and Jason Grant.

His daughter – Joanne (Bill) Byars.

His sister – Margaret (Steve) Nelson, of Plymouth, MA.

2 grandchildren, his in-laws, and other relatives.
