(Red Oak, Iowa) – Police in Red Oak report a man faces an assault charge, following an incident in the 400 block of N. 7^th Street. Authorities say 25-year-old Travis M. Marx, of Red Oak,  was arrested Tuesday and charged with Criminal Mischief in the 5^th Degree and Simple Assault. His bond was set at $300.
