PHYLLIS ANDERSON, 82, of Atlantic, died Monday, November 6, 2023, at Cass Health (CCMH) in Atlantic. The family of PHYLLIS ANDERSON will host a Celebration of her life at a later date. Roland Funeral Service in Atlantic is assisting the family.
