University of Iowa full media notes for this Friday’s NCAA Midwest Regional meet in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The meet begins at 10:30 a.m. (CT) with the women’s 6,000-meters, followed by the men’s 10,000-meter race at 11:30. Oklahoma State is hosting the event at the Greiner Family OSU Cross Country Course. The meet will be broadcast via stream at okstate.com and live results will be provided by PT Timing.

The top two teams from each regional earn automatic qualification to the NCAA Championships. 13 at-large teams are selected, while only two individual at-larges advance. The first four finishers not from an automatic qualifying or at-large team will also advance to the NCAA Championships.
