RONALD LeROY WILSON, 89, of Adair, died Friday, October 6, 2023, at VA Medical Center in Des Moines.  A family gathering and Celebration of Life for RONALD LeROY WILSON will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023 from 5-until 7-p.m., in the reception hall in the lower level of the Good Shepard Lutheran Church in Adair.  Schmidt Family Funeral Home of Adair is assisting the family.

Military Honors and burial will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 11 am in the Iowa Veteran’s Cemetery near Van Meter.

Memorials can be made in his name and sent to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home at P.O. Box 523 – Atlantic, Iowa and will be designated at a later date.

His son – Russ (Tammy) Wilson, of Adair.

His daughters – Ronda (Lonny Barker, of Casey; Becky (Danny) Clausen, and Jamaica (Mike) Reed, all of Adair; and Keisha Nguyen & fiance’ Matt LeClair, of Bedford.

11 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
