CHARLES WESLEY RUGGLES, 72, an Anita native died September 1, 2023.  Funeral Services for CHARLES WESLEY RUGGLES will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Persia.  Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
