MARILYN “JEAN” HOLST, 88, of rural Griswold, died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2023, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs. A time of remembrance for JEAN HOLST will be held 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 3, 2023, at the Rieken Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold.

The remembrance will be followed by a visitation with Jean’s family until 4:00 PM.

Interment will be in the Shelby Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials may be donated to the Griswold United Methodist Church.

Her husband – Gaylan Holst, of Griswold.

Her sons –  Alan (Teri) Holst, of Council Bluffs; Brian (Maria) Holst, and Darran (Dawn) Holst, all of Omaha, NE.

5 grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
