On Monday, August 28 at 1:01 am, Creston Police arrested 29 year old Alan Dean Smith of 720 North Oak in Creston on charges of Harassment 1st Degree-Threaten Forcible Felony, OWI 1st Offense, and Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness, No Intent.  Smith was taken to the Union County Jail where he is being held on $4,000 cash or surety bond.
