(Glenwood, Iowa) – The Mills County Sheriff’s Department reports 44-year-old Joseph Earl Smith, of Red Oak, was arrested Wednesday afternoon, following a traffic stop. Smith was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Under Suspension. Bond was set at $600.

And, at around 8:50-a.m. Thursday, 39-year-old Andrew James Arrick, of Glenwood, was arrested on a warrant for Theft in the 5th Degree. Bond was set at $300.
