Atlantic Chamber Ambassadors host Cass Title Services

(Atlantic, Iowa) – The Atlantic Chamber Ambassadors hosted Cass Title Services at the Rock Island Depot on Thursday, May 11th, 2023, to learn more about the new business that serves Cass County.
Ken Kahl spoke about his history with abstracting, beginning with Crawford County Abstract in 2008 and buying the company in 2012. For a period of time, he was the youngest abstract owner in the state of Iowa. A few months ago, Ken was approached by Alisha Wagner about the prospect of opening a location in Cass County. After some thought and market research, he determined it would be a good fit and expanded Crawford County Abstract to create Cass Title Services, launching the company at the beginning of March.

Alisha Wagner is serving as manager and comes to the company with four years of abstracting experience. She was born and raised in Atlantic and is now raising her own family here. Alisha shared her favorite part of abstracting is researching and learning the history behind each property she abstracts in Cass County. Alisha is currently managing the company from her home as they search for an office space in Atlantic.
