JEFF JOHN VAN ERT, 62, of Atlantic, died at home, Sunday, April 16, 2023. An open house visitation for JEFF VAN ERT will be held at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Atlantic, Friday, April 21st, from 10-a.m. until 6-p.m., with the family present from 4-until 6-p.m.

Memorials may be directed to the Jeff Van Ert Family in honor of him. They will be directed to many of his favorite local organizations and charities and may be mailed to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 523, Atlantic, IA 50022.

His son – Grant Davis, of Phoenix, AZ.

His mother and stepfather – Dorothy (Gary) Korver, of Clinton, IA

His brothers – Gary (Jennifer) Van Ert SR., of Atlantic; Al (Bryce) Van Ert, of Austin, TX; Aaron (Jade) Van Ert, of NC.

His sisters – June (Tom) Cruthis, of Clinton, IA; Abby Van Ert, of Des Moines, and Brandi (Kerry) Hartwig, of Iowa Falls.

His in-laws, other relatives, and friends.
