ROBERT CLARENCE SCOTT, 99, of Council Bluffs, died November 28, 2022. A Memorial Service for ROBERT SCOTT will be held 11-a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023, at the Rieken Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland.

Inurnment will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery.
