The Audubon girls basketball team had been searching for another win for long stretch and got one at home on Tuesday night over Riverside 45-32. The Wheelers opened the game up on a 7-0 run and only trailed briefly early in the second quarter on their way to their second win of the year.

Audrey Jensen was big with 3 triples in the second half, finishing with a game high 14 points. Sienna Albertsen added 10 points and Madison Steckler finished with 8. Audubon head coach Darran Miller thought they played their best game of the year.

The Wheelers ran a high ball-screen offense much of the night and their patience with that set payed off.

The Wheelers improved to 2-15 and will next up head to Underwood on Friday.

Riverside was led by 7 points from Ayla Richardson as the Bulldogs struggled to make shots throughout the contest. The Lady Dawgs fall to 6-11 on the season and will host East Mills on Friday.
