(Red Oak, Iowa) – A traffic stop at around 6:17-p.m. Sunday, in Red Oak, resulted in an arrest. Authorities say 59-year-old James Franklin Durbin, of Red Oak, was arrested for OWI/2nd offense, after he was pulled over on 200th Street at Evergreen Avenue. Durbin was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
