The Board will consider an application by New Life Church, 600 Pine Street, Atlantic, Iowa, for a Conditional Use Permit that would allow for the operation of a church in the C-3 Central Business District [as allowed by section 12.030(10) of the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Atlantic, Iowa].
