DWIGHT EARL BLAKELY, 76, of Omaha (& formerly of Lewis) died on December 7.  A Celebration of Life for DWIGHT BLAKELY will be held on Friday, Dec. 16th at 11-a.m. at the United Congregational Methodist Church in Lewis. Open visitation will take place one hour prior to service at 10-am at the church. Lunch will follow the service.
