Dr. Pepper Pork Sandwiches (11-17-2022)

  • 2 lbs. pork roast, shoulder or butt
  • 12 oz. Dr. Pepper
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • buns (for serving)

Place the pork roast in the slow cooker.  Add the Dr. Pepper, BBQ sauce and garlic powder.

Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

Serve on buns.
