(Clarinda, Iowa) – The Page County Sheriff’s Office reports four recent arrests, an Open Burning Violation, and an unknown injury accident. Sheriff Lyle Palmer reports the following arrests:

• 32-year-old Zachary Alexander Shehan, of Maryville, MO., was arrested Oct. 12th at Nodaway Valley Park. He was taken into custody on an active Page County warrant for Failure to Appear on an Assault charge.
• 19-year-old Justin Coates, of Hastings (IA) was arrested Oct. 22nd, and charged with Driving While License is suspended/denied/revoked. The same day, 25-year-old Dalton Sederburg, of Clarinda, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance/2nd offense, PCS/5 grams or less, with the intent to deliver, (methamphetamine), and weapons violations.
• And, on the 24th, 50-year-old Steven Paul Esaias, of Clarinda, was arrested at this residence on a Page County warrant for FTA.

On Oct. 26th, Deputies in Page County were dispatched to 1st & Prospect Street in Hepburn, for an Open Burning Ban Violation, under the Burn Ban. Roger Miller was issued a citation to appear in Magistrate Court. He also extinguished the burning leaves.

And, on Oct. 12th, Joshua Matthew Degase,was driving a vehicle that struck a deer on Highway 148 in Page County. Two people in the vehicle were transported to the Shenandoah Memorial Hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
