A traffic stop Sunday at the intersection Highway 34 and 71 in Montgomery County, resulted in a man being arrested. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports 25-year-old Alex Francisco Flores, of Cedar Rapids was taken into custody for OWI/1st offense, Possession of Marijuana/1st offense, and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia. He was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $1,000 bond.
