8 arrests in Adams County

(Corning, Iowa) – Sheriff’s officials in Adams County report numerous arrests took place over the past couple of weeks. On Sunday (10/16), Deputies responded to a Domestic Violence call in the 600 block of 5th Street, in Prescott. Upon further investigation, 42-year-old Dustin Kilgore, of Prescott, was arrested for Domestic Violence/2nd offense. He was being held without bond in the Adams County Jail.
On Oct. 11th, 50-year-old Robert Gard, of Corning, was arrested for a second day in a row on a charge of Driving while license Revoked. He later posted bond. And, 47-year-old Jeanakay Gray, of Corning, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended. She also posted bond.
On the 9th of October, 62-year-old Ricardo Avila, of Carbon, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended. Avila was released from the scene with a citation.
On Oct. 7th, Adams County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 28-year-old Joshua Ghale, of Fontanelle, for OWI/1st offense. He was also cited for numerous other violations. During the same traffic stop, 32-year-old Jason Sparks, also of Fontanelle, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance/Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both men later posted bond.
And, on Oct. 3rd, 18-year-old Kiaraliz Rosario, of Creston, was arrested for Poss. of a Controlled Substance/Marijuana, and Poss. of Paraphernalia. She was being held in the Adams County Jail on $1,300 bond.
