JEAN ETHELYN BLACKBURN, 90, of Wes Des Moines died Sunday, September 25th at Cedar Ridge Village in West Des Moines. A Funeral service for JEAN ETHELYN BLACKBURN will be held on Friday, September 30th at 11:00 a.m. at the Oakland United Methodist Church. Rieken Vieth Funeral Home is Oakland is assisting the family with arrangements.

Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the funeral service at the Church.

Interment will be in Oaklawn Cemetery.

Her daughters – Lorna Blackburn, of Red Oak, and Sharon (Steve) Nyquist, of West Des Moines.

4 grandchildren,  6 great-grandchildren, her sisters-and brother in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
