Today: Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 88. Breezy, with a south wind 11 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Tonight: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 3am and 5am. Increasing clouds, with a low around 65. South wind 9 to 14 mph becoming light and variable after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 22 mph. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
Tomorrow: Mostly sunny, with a high near 85. Light north wind becoming north northwest 5 to 9 mph in the morning.
Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 82.
Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 83.
Saturday’s High in Atlantic was 86. Our Low this morning, 67. We received .66″ rain at the KJAN studios Saturday evening/overnight. Last year on this date, the High in Atlantic was 93 and the Low was 68. The Record High was 100 in 1984. The Record Low was 35 in 1967.
