The Montgomery County Board of Supervisors will hold their regular weekly meeting on Tuesday, July 5th, beginning at 8:30-a.m. The session takes place in their Courthouse Board Room, in Red Oak. Here’s a look at their agenda:

1. Call meeting to order

4. Approval of Agenda – Order at discretion of Chairman
5. Read minutes as presented. Chairman to call for any additions/corrections to said minutes
6. Board chairman will ask the audience for any comments, limited to two minutes per person.

a. Approve Red Oak Library Contract for Services for FY 22-23 in the amount of $17,820
b. Montgomery County Public Health to assume duties of General Assistance
position. Discussion and action as necessary.
c. Wind Turbines ordinance discussion and action as necessary
d. Nishna Productions contract discussion and action as necessary
e. Urban Renewal Areas discussion with Red Oak City Administrator, Brad Wright
f. Approve Liquor License Renewal for Red Oak Country Club
10. Discuss and start agenda items for next meeting
11. Announcements – The next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, 2022
