(Red Oak, Iowa) – Police in Red Oak, Tuesday (Today), arrested 43-year-old Jason Michael Eppenbaugh, of Red Oak. He was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear, on an original charge of Harassment 3^rd Degree. Eppenbaugh was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $300 bond.
