(Atlantic, Iowa) – Officials with the Atlantic Police Department report six arrests. On Sunday, 43-year-old Shane Seagler, of Massena, was arrested for: Public Intoxication and Cass County warrants for: 2-counts Controlled Substance Violation; 2-counts gathering where controlled substances are used; 3 counts of Keeping a premises or vehicle for a Controlled Substance Violation; 2 counts of Probation Violation, and on an Adair County warrant for Violation of Probation. Seagler was being held in the Cass County Jail.

On Saturday, 57-year-old David Frazier, of Atlantic, was arrested for Reckless use of Fire or Explosives. He was cited into court, and released. On June 23rd, 30-year-old Gage Mundorf, of Atlantic, was arrested for OWI/2nd offense, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was booked into the Cass County Jail. And, 45-year-old Jason Tasto, of Atlantic, was arrested on the 23rd for Public Intoxication.

On the 22nd, 19-year-old Maria Mullenberg, of Atlantic, was arrested for Trespassing. She was cited into court, and released. And, on June 8th, 43-year-old Christel Buskirk, of Atlantic, was arrested for Theft in the 5th (Shoplifting). She was cited and released.
