(Red Oak, Iowa) – Police in Red Oak, Sunday night, arrested a man for OWI/1st offense. Authorities say 38-year-old Keegun Michael Hoyt, of Red Oak, was taken into custody at around 8:15-p.m. in the 1800 block of Crestline Drive. Hoyt was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
