(Marne, Iowa) – Jay, The Iowa Gallivant, is returning to Cass County! He’ll spend the day on Friday, May 20, gallivanting around our county along the Western Iowa T-Bone Trail, and helping the Iowa Beef Producers prove that Iowa beef is delicious and plentiful along the T-Bone Trail. Not to be confused with our beautiful bike trail of the same name, this T-Bone Trail is paved with beef!

The 2021 T-Bone Trail was one of the biggest and most entertaining promotions that Western Iowa has ever seen. That means it was our absolute pleasure to do it again! It’s 2022 and there’s plenty of steak in this region to make this year’s expedition through this region even more memorable. Watch for posts on Facebook at The T-Bone Trail – Western Iowa. Spokesperson Kenner McDermott-Baxter says “We created one of the most delicious endeavors anyone could ever experience, and yet we figured out how to beef up 2022 even more. This year’s road trip into Western Iowa will feature video promotions of the steak suppers that made the T-Bone Trail so popular. We’ll feature more of those important landmarks everyone looks forward to seeing and learning about in all 36 counties of this amazing region, and we know they’ll capture the imagination all over again.”

She says also, “We’ll also be adding Bonus Beef videos from more of the local eateries, increased interviews with cattle producers, and showcasing a unique retailer in every county. That’s just the beginning of our coverage! We only scratched the surface of what Western Iowa can offer, in 2021, and we can’t wait to highlight more communities, the off the beaten path destinations, popular restaurants, and wonderful locals that have always made this patchwork of 36 counties a memorable and wonderful place to live and visit.”
