JAMES LOWELL “Jim” ECKERT, 64, of Oakland, died Tuesday, March 15th, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs. A Memorial service for JIM ECKERT will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 11:00 AM, at the Oakland Community Building. Rieken-Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland is assisting the family.

Visitation with the family and lunch will be held following the memorial service.

Interment will be at a later date.

His wife – Moni Eckert, of Oakland.

His daughters -Rebecca Hargens, of Avoca, and Tine (Paul) Reimers, of Oakland.

His brother – Randy Chaney, of Omaha.

His sister – April Chaney, of Cape Coral, FL.

2 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
