BERT CARR, Jr., 79, of Atlantic, died December 27, 2022 at Atlantic Specialty Care.  A Celebration of Life Memorial service for BERT CARR, Jr. will be held 11-a.m. Tuesday, January 25th, at Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic. (Update 1/20/22: This is a change from the previously announced Graveside service, due to the expected below zero windchill on Tuesday)
